Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-10
These terms govern your use of Hexa at https://hexa.tools. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hexa.
What Hexa does
Hexa analyses your completed Teamfight Tactics matches. It scores each game across six axes, identifies the comps you played, compares your results against benchmarks for your rank and region, and can generate written coaching from that analysis.
Hexa is a post-game analysis tool only. It does not run during a game, gives no live or real-time recommendations while you are playing, does not track your opponents' plays in progress, and provides no in-game overlay or automation of any kind.
All analysis, scores, and coaching are informational opinion. They are generated from statistical models and from a knowledge base that reflects one player’s judgement of the current meta, and parts of the coaching are produced by an AI language model that can be wrong. Nothing here is a guarantee of improvement, of a rank, or of any particular result.
The six-axis scores describe how you played the games you played. They are not a rating of you as a player, not an estimate of your matchmaking rating, and not an alternative to Riot's ranked ladder. Hexa does not calculate MMR or ELO, and does not rank players against one another. Where a score is compared to a rank, that comparison is a coaching reference point, not a ranking.
Who may use Hexa
You must be at least 13 years old to hold a Hexa account, or older where your country requires it to consent to online services. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the service by automated means, or extract its data in bulk.
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the analysis, scores, or coaching the service produces.
- Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, usage quotas, plan limits, or access controls — including by creating additional accounts for that purpose.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to reach.
- Use the service in any way that would breach Riot Games’ Terms of Service, its Developer API policies, or any other rules Riot applies to players and third-party applications.
- Use the service to harass another player, or to identify, track, or expose someone beyond what Riot already makes public.
Accounts, suspension, and closure
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses paid features, or puts the service or its other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
You may close your account at any time by writing to the contact address below. Closing an account is handled by a person; what happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans
Hexa has a free tier that does not require payment. Paid plans add larger allowances for the AI coach.
A purchase buys access for a fixed period. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, no payment method is charged again without you starting a new purchase, and there is nothing to cancel. When the period ends your account returns to the free tier and keeps its data.
Prices are shown at checkout in Brazilian reais and include any applicable taxes. If you upgrade part-way through a period you pay only the difference and your existing end date is preserved.
Refunds and withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code gives you seven days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a contract entered into online and receive a full refund. Exercise that right by writing to the contact address below; we do not require a reason.
Outside that window we will consider a refund where the service did not work as described. Refunds revoke the plan access they paid for.
Relationship with Riot Games
Hexa isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Teamfight Tactics, League of Legends, and the associated names, logos, characters, and game content are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. Riot Games does not sponsor, endorse, review, or bear any responsibility for this service.
Dependence on the Riot API
Hexa is built on Riot Games’ public developer API and cannot function without it. If Riot changes, restricts, rate-limits, or withdraws that API, or revokes our access to it, the service may be interrupted, degraded, or discontinued — potentially without notice and through no fault of ours.
Game data can also lag, be incomplete, or be corrected by Riot after the fact. We display what the API returns and cannot guarantee its accuracy or availability.
No warranty
Hexa is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis will be correct.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty Brazilian reais. This limit does not apply to liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the operator's domicile in Brazil, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence, and nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be signalled in the application before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and contact us to close your account.
