Before you buy
Does it renew automatically?
Only if you choose the monthly subscription, where it is offered. A one time payment or a 4 month package buys a fixed period and then stops; nothing is charged again unless you buy again. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it on your account page, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Already paid once? Switch to the subscription from your plan's card or your account page: it starts when the time you paid for ends, and nothing is charged before then.
What happens when I run out of analyses?
The button tells you, and shows what the next plan includes. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is queued — your allowance frees up again as the rolling seven day window moves.
When does my allowance reset?
It is a rolling seven day window, not a calendar month. An analysis you ran on Monday frees up the following Monday. Your account page shows the exact date.
Can I change plans part way through?
You can move up at any time, and the new plan starts straight away. You pay only the difference between the two plans for the exact time you have left (10 days left on a monthly plan is a third of the monthly difference), with a minimum of R$ 5,00, and you keep your current end date. Moving down waits until the current period ends, or for a subscription, the next renewal.
Where is my receipt?
Mercado Pago emails it to the address on your Mercado Pago account for every payment.

The update from the previous set is free to read, with no account. Signing in lets you catch up from whenever you actually last played. Paying adds depth, and a learning path that tracks your own games.
